How to Add an Appointment Field in Wix Forms

2. Edit the form:

• You can use the appointment field for free services—no eCommerce integration is required.

• For Zoom meetings, Wix offers direct integration.

• For Google Meet, you can add a fixed link manually. Wix doesn’t yet support auto-generated Google Meet links, but this workaround is still effective for many users.

Community tip: If you’re hosting back-to-back Google Meet appointments with a fixed link, remember that you may need to admit new participants manually to avoid overlap.
