This feature integrates directly with Wix Bookings, which means every appointment booked through the form will automatically sync to your booking calendar—keeping your schedule accurate and up to date.

How to Add an Appointment Field in Wix Forms
Follow these steps to get started:
Add a form to your site:
Go to your Wix Editor
Click Add Elements > Contact & Forms
Select Create New Form or Add Existing Form(Note: Appointment scheduling is not supported in “Old Forms”)
Edit the form:
Click the form on your page, then click Edit Form
Under Scheduling, select Appointment
Customize your appointment settings:
Edit general and advanced settings like duration, format, and staff
Add supporting fields (name, email, message, etc.)
Click Save when done
Your form is now ready to accept appointment bookings!

Extra Tips and Notes on Integration
A few things to keep in mind:
This feature requires Wix Bookings and an upgraded site.
You can use the appointment field for free services—no eCommerce integration is required.
For Zoom meetings, Wix offers direct integration.
For Google Meet, you can add a fixed link manually. Wix doesn’t yet support auto-generated Google Meet links, but this workaround is still effective for many users.
Community tip: If you’re hosting back-to-back Google Meet appointments with a fixed link, remember that you may need to admit new participants manually to avoid overlap.
