Wix Support, the Best Ways to Contact them
As Wix Designers, we often get requests for help because there is no Wix phone number available, which makes it more difficult to contact Wix Support. Our experience with Wix is that they are super helpful, so, therefore, we thought it would be good to explain how you can best contact Wix Support.

Find your answer online
Wix Support has a very extensive online help section and therefore, like most companies, they like you to first find the answer to your question online. To do that go to their Contact Wix page, see below.
If you can't find the answer to your question in here, then it's best to either request someone from Wix Support to call you or to submit a ticket.
Request a Call from Wix Support
Even though there is no Wix phone number available, you still can speak with someone from Wix Support. You can request a call back from Wix Support. To do so you have to go through their Contact Wix page as well. Select "Other" and in "Tell us more about your issue" scroll all the way down to the bottom and select "Other" again.
Now you see "Click to contact" at the bottom of the page. When you click this another window opens with the options "Talk to a support agent" and "Submit a Ticket".
Click "Request Callback". This will open a window where you can add your telephone number and a short description of the issue that you have.
They usually call back within 5 minutes.
Wix Support's call back service is available in English 24/7, Spanish (Monday-Friday from 3am-8pm EST), Portuguese (Monday-Friday from 5am-5pm PST) and Italian (Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm GMT+1).
Submit a ticket
To submit a ticket you have to go through the same steps as described above but then have to click "Submit Ticket" instead. This will open the following window:
Wix Support usually comes back with an answer within one day.
